Independent house located above street level with sea view, on the North Coast of the Island of Elba.

The two-storey villa was built in the 1970s, and later extended.

The ground floor (approx. 100 m2) includes living room with large veranda, which is currently not in brickwork but can be consolidated on request, with a breathtaking sea view, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
On the top floor, an attic has been converted into a bedroom with attached bath and an additional small room.
Outdoors there is a swimming pool, barbecue area, veranda and approx. 45 m2 garage. Garden, approx. 1,600 m2.
Proprietary stairs lead from the house to a public path that winds its way to the delightful Baia “il Bagno” (gravel beach).

At present the building has a large veranda which, having been authorised in terms of volume can, therefore, be consolidated in brickwork. It can also be extended by approx. 20%.
