I have been working in property / real estate sales since the mid 90s, when I opened my agency in Marciana Marina, a pretty village overlooking the north coast of the Island of Elba.

Since then, as the Brignetti Estate Agency, we have handled the sale of apartments, villas and dilapidated houses as well as businesses on the Island of Elba, particularly in the beautiful western part of the island.

Every estate agent’s aim is to make a sale – it would be hypocritical to suggest otherwise – but, as far as I am concerned, my objective is also to see my clients satisfied, whether purchasers or vendors.
